Resume Matcher is one of the fastest growing open-source projects in the recruiting area. It analyzes resumes against job descriptions using advanced AI/ML techniques mixed with LLMs to build the perfect resume.
- Conceptualized, developed, and maintained an open-source tool using Python, AI/ML (FastEmbed, Qdrant), and NLP (Spacy, NLTK) to analyze resumes against job descriptions.
- Engineered the full-stack application (FastAPI backend, UI implementation).
- Achieved significant traction: 8.7K+ GitHub Stars, 20K+ Downloads/clones, 30K+ users worldwide.
- Grew and managed the project community to 1.1K+ members through engagement and feature development.
